      Pros

      Tintri has a great product line, lots of energetic and positive people and a pleasant working atmosphere. There is a lot of employee collaboration and teamwork, and the employees are happy working here. Management does a good job of giving employees autonomy in their work as well.

      Cons

      The commute up Central Expressway can have a few slow spots but it depends on the time. Certain office space is a little tight but not overly so.

      Great work environment, Awesome management, Career, job, and skills growth, Not too automated, Great PTO and Benefits, Cool work laptops, Fair salary options, Nice co-workers will turn into family.

      Cons

      Safety hazards, not-too-clear communication from outsourced hires, sometimes heavy work loads, team/platform budgets sometimes have to continue begging.
