      Tintri has won the Top Work Places the past 3 years from the Bay Area News Group and holds true to it. The environment and culture is a great fit for anyone looking for a place that offers a balance of meaningful work and life balance.

      Cons

      For anyone who hasn't worked at a start-up, like myself, it may take some time to adjust to the fast-paced environment. But the fast-paced environment is what keeps me motivated and never bored.

      Great work environment, Awesome management, Career, job, and skills growth, Not too automated, Great PTO and Benefits, Cool work laptops, Fair salary options, Nice co-workers will turn into family.

      Cons

      Safety hazards, not-too-clear communication from outsourced hires, sometimes heavy work loads, team/platform budgets sometimes have to continue begging.
