      Pros

      Great product. It just works and customers love it once they figure out what it can really do.

      Cons

      Management is incompetent. Marketing cannot explain our product. Sales turnover is terrible.

      Great work environment, Awesome management, Career, job, and skills growth, Not too automated, Great PTO and Benefits, Cool work laptops, Fair salary options, Nice co-workers will turn into family.

      Cons

      Safety hazards, not-too-clear communication from outsourced hires, sometimes heavy work loads, team/platform budgets sometimes have to continue begging.
