      Pros

      Great product but needs feature improvements to compete

      Cons

      Horrible C level management that never listens to the field feedback and only improves product based on their own opinions. Field teams ask for the same new features over and over but management feels that they are not important for the business which doesn't make sense when these features are direct requirements coming from the customers.

      Great work environment, Awesome management, Career, job, and skills growth, Not too automated, Great PTO and Benefits, Cool work laptops, Fair salary options, Nice co-workers will turn into family.

      Cons

      Safety hazards, not-too-clear communication from outsourced hires, sometimes heavy work loads, team/platform budgets sometimes have to continue begging.
