      - Execs keep laying off the employees quarter by quarter after IPO. - Execs wants to make money and don't care about the interests of talented employees around. - Employees don't want to work anymore here. Sad atmosphere around.

      Great work environment, Awesome management, Career, job, and skills growth, Not too automated, Great PTO and Benefits, Cool work laptops, Fair salary options, Nice co-workers will turn into family.

      Cons

      Safety hazards, not-too-clear communication from outsourced hires, sometimes heavy work loads, team/platform budgets sometimes have to continue begging.
