      Pros

      Tintri had great people at one time - some are still left but leaving daily.

      Cons

      Management killed Tintri. CEO should have never been given the responsibility to lead this company cause he doesn't have the skills. If you are a woman, stay away - you will certainly be discriminated against. Company is being positioned to sell within a year.

      Great work environment, Awesome management, Career, job, and skills growth, Not too automated, Great PTO and Benefits, Cool work laptops, Fair salary options, Nice co-workers will turn into family.

      Cons

      Safety hazards, not-too-clear communication from outsourced hires, sometimes heavy work loads, team/platform budgets sometimes have to continue begging.
