      1. Excellent code/design quality. One can learn lots of things by merely reading the documentation accompanying the code. Also great internal Wiki pages. 2. Peers and higher management are genuinely ready to help. In general everyone is focused on making product better and people don't waste time proving themselves at every platform.

      Cons

      None at this point in time (2+ years so far).

      Great work environment, Awesome management, Career, job, and skills growth, Not too automated, Great PTO and Benefits, Cool work laptops, Fair salary options, Nice co-workers will turn into family.

      Cons

      Safety hazards, not-too-clear communication from outsourced hires, sometimes heavy work loads, team/platform budgets sometimes have to continue begging.
