      Pros

      I was a Software Engineering Intern with the System Management team. Team consisted of all smart people who were helpful. I learned a lot during the internship and got opportunity to work on real product which was really good.

      Cons

      I can't find any downside as such, Its great place to work for.

      Great work environment, Awesome management, Career, job, and skills growth, Not too automated, Great PTO and Benefits, Cool work laptops, Fair salary options, Nice co-workers will turn into family.

      Cons

      Safety hazards, not-too-clear communication from outsourced hires, sometimes heavy work loads, team/platform budgets sometimes have to continue begging.
