Been here for almost 3 years. Company gives great importance to quality and simplicity in its products. 100 % best environment for QA automation engineers. Doesn't waste time with needless micro management, processes for the sake of having one. Developers/product managers/release management - respects QA, believes QA and have empowered QA. QA works hand-in-hand with Developers. Lots of Developers are very talented and have come from seasoned companies in Bay Area to Tintri. Take responsibility and do some real work - you are recognized. Great Sales team.
Cons
Company needs more Engineers, Sales, support etc., - virtually in all departments . Until recently, majority of recruitments (at-least engineering) were mainly done through Tintri HR search and referrals. We have high rejection rate.
