      Great first dive in to the sales world, great pay, great bosses, great coworkers. I look forward to coming in to work.

      Cons

      Not much room for upward growth. Many other ISR's have left at around a year as there is no upward movement possible.

      Great work environment, Awesome management, Career, job, and skills growth, Not too automated, Great PTO and Benefits, Cool work laptops, Fair salary options, Nice co-workers will turn into family.

      Cons

      Safety hazards, not-too-clear communication from outsourced hires, sometimes heavy work loads, team/platform budgets sometimes have to continue begging.
