      VMstore is a great product for Virtual workloads

      Cons

      Product development have no "Cloud" strategy that is able to compete with other well developed cloud offerings. Everyone wants to know what a vendors Cloud strategy is because most CTOs have a cloud plan. If there is no answer to this question, a vendor is already on the back foot.

      Great work environment, Awesome management, Career, job, and skills growth, Not too automated, Great PTO and Benefits, Cool work laptops, Fair salary options, Nice co-workers will turn into family.

      Cons

      Safety hazards, not-too-clear communication from outsourced hires, sometimes heavy work loads, team/platform budgets sometimes have to continue begging.
