Sad - Master Mechanic Tire Discounters Employee Review

Poor management, poor base pay, way to much micro management, I'm forced to take on others work loads while most make more on the hr than I do??? Hard work is in my blood but I'm pretty much done killing myself at 40 for 9.10 on the hr. I feel like when I express this to management they either do not care or it's swept under a rug like everything will be fine. Always stressed over the fact my base pay is horrible. I have kids to feed . I'll go without no problem but its getting harder to put food on the table with the pay I receive from this company. If the shop is busy I'm lucky to bring home a 600 dollar pay check... 5 yrs of my life thinking this would be the company I retire with. So far not the case. I just wish tire discounters could see what I do on a daily basis and pay me fairly. I'm very disappointed, stressed, irritated, all because of the pay and new management
