      Pays great if your willing to work for it - Great people to work with & for - Award winner dinners re adjust focus every year & give you something to work for - I could continue but I’d be here all day

      Cons

      You’ll work long hours , could be negative for some. But you’ll make great money so it’s worth it.

      I do not look at is as a con but it can be fast paced.
