Little to no room for advancement: The company has stopped promoting from within and if you're doing well in your current position, then they are very unwilling to let you change roles. Benefits have improved, but they aren't the best and many people leave once they start a family. Employees aren't given the resources to do their jobs - you can't build a great company with mediocre support.
