Poor pay (way below competitors) Not great medical STRESSED WORK ENVIRONMENT Poor life balance due to insane workload No room for growth (you have to stay in the same position or leave the company) Turnover is so high that they overwork employees that are there. Environment was so bad, it affected my mental health entirely. I felt stressed, unappreciated, overworked and management puts more and more work on you. I’ve never been in such a terrible work environment like that before. It was so bad, I quit without securing another job, in the middle of inflation. I just could not take it. If you care about your mental health, life outside of work, I suggest you not work here. There are far better insurance companies.
