Pros
There is alot of overtime pay if you are willing to work. Transport allowance is given in regardless of having a vehicle or not.
Cons
Supports are really bad, there is no visionary or road map at the higher level management. Technical skills are not highly valued over here most of the time management will care more about sop (safety, paper work) when your primary roles is as a field/start up engineer. Often times training were thrown to one machine and expect you to become a “master”.
