The best reasons to work at TEL are (1) the nature of the environment allows one to work and understand their projects (if they try), (2) the company is very flexible when it comes to hours, and (3) TEL allows one to gain experience with multiple aspects of the semiconductor industry.
Cons
Two of the downsides to working at TEL are (1) the pay is not very competitive, and (2) you need to push yourself to gain all that you can from the experience.
