      Pros

      Great pay relative to experience and the company notices and rewards those that perform beyond expectations. Great environment for those willing/able to problem solve and for those that thrive in less structured environments.

      Cons

      Travel can be inconsistent and unavoidable; great when you're young but harder to deal with as you put down roots. Onboarding process can be hectic, OJT starts almost immediately and is not well structured.

      Good work-life balance with long weekends. Good pay.

      Cons

      The management used to allow more individual autonomy and respect the workers. This is sharply trending toward no longer being the case whatsoever in the last year.
