Pros
Salaries are competitive and the benefits package is also very competitive. The management team, as a general rule, treats all employees with respect and common courtesy. All interaction, good or bad, is respectful.
Cons
The company micromanages everything that goes on from top to bottom. Unfortunately, this company has the inability to get out of its own way in its effort to grow and remain successful. Toll's biggest obstacle in being more productive is itself. The biggest difference I find, compared to other national home builders, is that every step is over complicated with an incredible amount of unnecessary minutiae.
