Pros

Good pay, great health benefits, good co-workers and plenty of opportunities to advance if you can tolerate the politics. Overall, I would recommend.

Cons

Depending on the Division that you work in, your opportunity to advance may be severely limited. If you work in a smaller or ancillary business division, you may wind up getting pigeon-holed with no real opportunities outside the division. Also, like any large, public company you are constantly bombarded by ethics and other worthless training. On top of that, there are a lot of antiquated policies and procedures that management is reluctant to change. This is due in large part to them spending most of their career only at Toll and being clueless as to what best practices are in the industry or at their competitors.

Pros

Toll Brothers provides excellent training, strong systems, and the opportunity to work with a respected luxury homebuilder. The company emphasizes professionalism, customer experience, and sales development. I gained valuable experience in new home sales, lead management, and working alongside talented sales and construction teams.

Cons

Like many positions in homebuilding, success can be highly dependent on market conditions, inventory availability, and community assignment. Weekend work is expected, and balancing customer needs with operational processes can sometimes be challenging.
