Pros

They have a lot of nice perks for the employees. Like options to invest in stock at a lower rate. And vacation home rentals all over the USA for much lower then other rentals. Yearly picnic at six flags for all employees and there families. ( not this year because of covid 19) . A good amount of cookouts and get togethers. If you keep an open communication with management they are very good with you balancing work/ personal life. I enjoy the all people I work with. And that's always nice to work with people you like. There big on safety but it is a relatively laid back atmosphere if you just do what your supposed to do.

Cons

The work is hard and fast paced. And the hours are long. Very rarely is it just 40 hours a week. But the overtime pay makes up for it. You do feel like you top out at some point and there is no real option for promotion.

Pros

Toll Brothers provides excellent training, strong systems, and the opportunity to work with a respected luxury homebuilder. The company emphasizes professionalism, customer experience, and sales development. I gained valuable experience in new home sales, lead management, and working alongside talented sales and construction teams.

Cons

Like many positions in homebuilding, success can be highly dependent on market conditions, inventory availability, and community assignment. Weekend work is expected, and balancing customer needs with operational processes can sometimes be challenging.
