So much potential but dragged down by awful leaders - Property Manager Toll Brothers Employee Review

Pros

Rapidly growing and expanding for positions

Cons

No training, constant turnover, and no real support from corporate on anything. Leaders are all stuck in their ways and awful micromanagers. There is a clear divide in corporate leadership between those that have fallen their way to the top over decades and don’t want to work and the new executives brought in to help make change but are somehow allowed to be ignored by previous leadership. They don’t do anything to truly support their people. They only care about their brand new buildings and then let them fall apart if they retain management. Many leaders play immature mind games and harass team members who actually care. Employees who harass and degrade others are allowed to stick around and even be nominated for awards.

Pros

Toll Brothers provides excellent training, strong systems, and the opportunity to work with a respected luxury homebuilder. The company emphasizes professionalism, customer experience, and sales development. I gained valuable experience in new home sales, lead management, and working alongside talented sales and construction teams.

Cons

Like many positions in homebuilding, success can be highly dependent on market conditions, inventory availability, and community assignment. Weekend work is expected, and balancing customer needs with operational processes can sometimes be challenging.
