flexible with hours, some decent people to work with.

Cons

very clicky, management loves to put more and more work on all teams and expects them to all stay afloat. Pay is below average for the amount of work asked. They refuse to fire any help, thus leads to almost entire construction teams to leave. Managment then begins to call older emplyees that left for this reason, and beg for them to come back. Overall the company as a whole is awesome with great values, but this division needs a lot of upper management changes to be successful,

The company emphasizes professionalism, customer experience, and sales development. I gained valuable experience in new home sales, lead management, and working alongside talented sales and construction teams.

Cons

Like many positions in homebuilding, success can be highly dependent on market conditions, inventory availability, and community assignment. Weekend work is expected, and balancing customer needs with operational processes can sometimes be challenging.
