Low salary of 3usd per hr. Increment of 0.20 per 1-2 years. COO will shame you to death if she didn’t like what you’re doing. Will easily fire you if sales are low. Regardless of your seniority. If you hit the target they will change the metrics. Super toxic company avoid at all cost.
