Pros
I have been working as a brand rep for Tonal for almost a year now. I give demos to interested customers and help educate them and encourage in store sales. I have found a company to be well structured and engaging to work with.
Cons
The biggest con is that there is no incentive to sell. I make an hourly rate that is not affected by how good or bad I do at selling the product. There is no commission. So even when I sell 20 units I make the same as if I sold zero units. There’s also not a ton of recognition for when you go above and beyond and you go exceed your goals and expectations consistently. There also doesn’t seem to be much growth potential within the job.
