Pros
The Tonal product is unlike any I have ever worked on and I have worked on some pretty great products in the past. You don't need a company mission to feel like you are doing good. Talk to any of our members and they will share stories of ways in which we have made a meaningful impact on their life. There are literally endless examples and new ones are shared every day. The team is also amazing. People know they are making a real impact on people's lives and want to keep pushing the envelope. This product, this team, and this company are legit.
Cons
Getting things done often requires a lot of cross-functional alignment (hardware, software, marketing, customer care, etc) so it can take some time for projects to get their legs.
