- Company is growing really quickly, you get an opportunity in most roles to truly take ownership in what you are working on without all of the red tape of slightly larger, older organizations - Incredible sales and hiring growth over the last couple of years - The product truly is the best in the connected fitness industry, there is nothing like it out there and it's really just scratching the surface of what it will be capable of in the long run - If you aren't afraid of ambiguity and are good at solving problems it's a great opportunity to be a part of building something. Despite the fact the company is a lot more established than it was a few years ago, there is still a lot of impact to be had - Very diverse and welcoming environment.
