They work with you on your goals to move up within the company.

Cons

It's a new company and with the shops in Nordstrom during my time there they were learning as they go for HR and working with a pregnant person who does not have the option to work from home. However, they eventually figured it out and provided me with the proper chair and desk as required by the doctors. Plus they added an additional salesperson to assist me with breaks and allowed it to be someone there to help the clients.

There aren't any benefits to working here. You'd just be wasting your time.

Cons

Tonal lacks direction and structure. Communication is terrible, roles are vague and often overlap, expectations are unclear, management has no idea what it's doing, leadership has no long-term plan set in place, and every decision they make is driven by ego and profit.
