Ok - Manager Tonal Employee Review

This is a great place to work - but might be team dependent.

Little chaotic but it's a start-up

There aren't any benefits to working here. You'd just be wasting your time.

Tonal lacks direction and structure. Communication is terrible, roles are vague and often overlap, expectations are unclear, management has no idea what it's doing, leadership has no long-term plan set in place, and every decision they make is driven by ego and profit.
