They provide two weeks of training. They adapt to your schedule. They pay the monthly clipper for full time community integration specialists.
Cons
Pay is low. Once comfortable it may feel routine with minimal learning and growth. You can move to other positions easily but they may be harder in not preferable ways with still low pay. They promote people with minimal experience sometimes and may take advantage of those who seem flexible.
