Pros
I am part of a synergistic team with good leadership. Topcon is an industry leader and continues to make strides to maintain and improve its position. The work that I do here is interesting and gives me the opportunity to make meaningful contributions to the success of Topcon.
Cons
Because I work remotely, I cannot enjoy the camaraderie of being in an office environment. There were a few hiccups during my onboarding, but everyone worked together to straighten things out quickly.
