Fairly relaxed workplace. Not micromanaged. Positive environment. Tope office personnel is helpful and responds quick. The pay is very competitive. One of my favorite places I’ve worked.

Keeping track of what Tope requires you to report and what you’re doing on-site gets tricky.

The organization was Team oriented, most of my coworkers were tolerable. This was actually a first. The government Program Manager had issues with local Government Managers. All and all it was NOT a bad experience. I would actually work with these people again.

Mostly everybody was LDS, so step lightly when you are a minority. Having said that it was not a totally bad thing either LDS are hard workers and team-oriented.
