Pros
The associates are what makes this job great. Everyone is willing to you help out and it doesn't matter what position you work. This really encompasses the one team aspect of the job. The job is really fun. If it wasn't for the people I worked with on the floor each day then I would have left this job way before I college started this fall.
Cons
The hours long are horrible and they cut all bayhosts back to 4 days instead of 5 in order to avoid overtime so managers could get their bonus. Good luck getting family meal so you may as well bring your own lunch to put in your locker. The gossip is ridiculous and there's a lot of cliques with the older bar employees. No real growth opportunities. It seems like they hire managers with no real experience or personality. Management here is terrible.
