What can I say? Horrible management, favoritism when it comes to scheduling and low team moral.
For a place that preaches about culture and inclusion, there is literally zero. The effort most people put in is as useful as a cardboard cutout.
Hard work is truly not valued and I would never recommend someone apply here. The company as a whole doesn't reward the people running the business and it shows by how they penny pinch the people on the front line who work for every dollar they make.
Almost every month I would dread pre-shift meetings because we would learn about another way "it was better for us" when in reality, it was removing our opportunity to make tips and hiking up prices for guests.
Also the way events were set up never benefited bayhosts, if it is positioned as a "luxury" experience autograt should be included so that all the work that goes into that experience before, during and after is seen.
Overall stay away.
