Pros

Fun environment, you get to listen to music and hang out with guests while you're working.

Cons

At first they gave us a free meal (up to $10) per shift and then took that away, now we can buy our own food at 50% off during our nonexistent breaks. "Food is 90% scratch!" um LIES, maybe at the beginning but then we downgraded our food A LOT, our new turkey patty tastes like frozen dog food. We went from baking fresh bread every morning to just buying stale bread. Raised our tip outs. Working here is like attending high school all over again. LONG shifts, NO cuts. You can make $12 during a 9 hour shift and the managers don't care. We work TOO hard for not enough money honestly. Managers and office associates are always in a bad mood and mouth off. High turn over rate.

Pros

good work environment, was able to move up in the ladder. I started at guest services/food runner to food runner shift lead to platinum host to caddie and moved up to bay host.

Cons

bad with making sure you have time off approved.

Pros

Free golf, Flexible schedule, Good discounts on food.

Cons

What can I say? Horrible management, favoritism when it comes to scheduling and low team moral. For a place that preaches about culture and inclusion, there is literally zero. The effort most people put in is as useful as a cardboard cutout. Hard work is truly not valued and I would never recommend someone apply here. The company as a whole doesn't reward the people running the business and it shows by how they penny pinch the people on the front line who work for every dollar they make. Almost every month I would dread pre-shift meetings because we would learn about another way "it was better for us" when in reality, it was removing our opportunity to make tips and hiking up prices for guests. Also the way events were set up never benefited bayhosts, if it is positioned as a "luxury" experience autograt should be included so that all the work that goes into that experience before, during and after is seen. Overall stay away.
