Pros

Decent salary, all pros I can share

Cons

Don’t be fooled by the positive reviews, it’s all set up. The biggest problem is discrimination. Only hiring white women. This company will destroy you and your confidence. Don’t care for minors when you find new career they will burn your relationship bridge. Morale is horrible in general. Leadership does not value its employees and does not understand the necessity tools and resources to succeed Verbal abuse is not uncommon High turn over due to workload and senior management attitude Complaints are hidden under the rug very often not even addressed Either that or everyone will know what you have complained about

Pros

Salary is fair. Admin staff is kind, knowledgeable, driven, and supportive of junior staff. Lots of opportunity for growth and additional education.

Cons

The divisions are very siloed that can make cooperation between divisions difficult - sometimes.

Pros

Pay is decent, and the benefits (like vacation time) are solid.

Cons

I’ve been with the company for a while, and I've seen a lot, both the good and the bad. There’s some discrimination, a mix of forgiveness, and the usual ups and downs you’d expect in this industry. It’s not a place for everyone, especially if you don’t have "thick skin." First off, unless you’re buddies with the right people or play by certain unspoken rules, you’re probably going to become a target. This is well-known and tolerated. That said, if you do your job well, you can stick around and earn bonuses. But don’t expect to build a long-term career here, the mentorship they claim to offer isn’t really there. It’s also pretty common for senior management to take credit for the hard work employees put in. When discrimination or nasty comments happen, they’re often swept under the rug. However, you’ll likely feel small at some point, or at least like you’re just another cog in the machine. If you’re someone who can put personal beliefs aside, and just show up to work for the paycheck, this place might work for you.
