This company has such a great vibe. I love to work/life balance. So grateful to have found this company. Great benefits!

Cons

If someone is not used to a "start-up" type of environment this would not be a good fit. Things are fast paced and we are growing.

- Free Swag - Cool yearly vacations/meetups - Remote, with fair amount of PTO

Cons

Promotions are rigid, you’re essentially forced down the (Senior) Trader Support path regardless of the experience you bring. This in turn limits your salary growth. Best roles are already taken, and your odds of landing one when someone leaves/retires are slim to none
