Pros
Really great group of people. Felt like a second family. CEO was right in the same office with an open door policy. My opinions were valued and considered and I was trusted to wear a lot of different hats. Trading wasn't an industry I was super familiar with before starting, but I had the support of others to help teach me the ropes so that I could do my job to the best of my ability. Working at a start up takes a special kind of person, but if you are up for the challenge, you can reap the benefits.
Cons
As with any job, there were some times of high stress, but that was also a direct result of the start up environment. Ideas and initiatives could get scrapped at the last minute and some work/time could be wasted - but you learn to roll with the punches. Everyone is there to help TopstepTrader succeed.
