Cons

The market is quickly changing, which puts numerous moving pieces in different priorities. Abundance of information with adaptive strengths needed to work.

- Free Swag - Cool yearly vacations/meetups - Remote, with fair amount of PTO

Cons

Promotions are rigid, you’re essentially forced down the (Senior) Trader Support path regardless of the experience you bring. This in turn limits your salary growth. Best roles are already taken, and your odds of landing one when someone leaves/retires are slim to none
