Sorry, you had a poor experience working with traders in our community. As you probably know, I am a trader and I have worked as a support rep when starting the company, so I totally understand that there will be tough traders to work with and awesome traders to work with. Trading is really difficult. It is not for everyone, nor is working in the industry for everyone. Regardless, we are proud to be helping aspiring traders start their journey in a realtime SIM environment. This is a much safer start than going in the live markets in a personal brokerage with your kids college fund. As for your time as Topstep, the work you did was good as you were helping traders help themselves get better or at least see the light. The trade off sometimes is traders getting emotional as the markets will get you feeling the highs and the lows of profits coming and going.
