Pros

Professional development isn't just something Topstep advertises to fill up space on their Career webpage. My manager and team lead have consistently asked me what role I’m interested in moving to next (not even fully out of my 30-60-90 day evaluation period) and have provided resources that will better prepare me for that role. This company came into my life at a pivotal moment and they have delivered since day 1.

- Free Swag - Cool yearly vacations/meetups - Remote, with fair amount of PTO

Cons

Promotions are rigid, you’re essentially forced down the (Senior) Trader Support path regardless of the experience you bring. This in turn limits your salary growth. Best roles are already taken, and your odds of landing one when someone leaves/retires are slim to none
