Going Down Hill Fast - Compliance Analyst Torrent Technologies Employee Review

I've worked for Torrent for almost 7 years now and now looking to move on from this toxic environment. Reasons; -Useless management -Micromanaging -inaccurate training -false promises -lies -no employee confidentiality -chaotic environment -no chance promotion or advancement -management enjoys belittling and intimidating -favoritism -cheap/unreliable phone system -unstable computer program -out dated technology -lacks employee communication This used to be a great place to work. After 2014 it started going down hill by adding unqualified managers who in turn brought aboard inexperienced and unprofessional new employees and mega attitudes.
