Ability work work full time remote for some employees.

Cons

Perpetually understaffed. Giant client taken on with no additional staff added. Pay is lower than industry average. Micromanagement. Title means nothing. Senior Underwriters do the same work as Junior level. There is no incentive to move up in the company, nor does management provide a roadmap/training/incentive to do so.

Pros

Culture is positive and helpful. Training is extensive but prepares you for your role as a Flood Underwriter. Management is supportive and the training resources are extremely helpful. Overall a great place to work. Work/life balance is exceptional!

Cons

Length of work can be determined by outside contractor discresion.
