Cons

I've been with the company for over 3 years now. It been extremely challenging the last few years due to rating changes and the lack of transparency. I am proud of what I've accomplished in this position however, I do not recommended this job to anyone.

Pros

Culture is positive and helpful. Training is extensive but prepares you for your role as a Flood Underwriter. Management is supportive and the training resources are extremely helpful. Overall a great place to work. Work/life balance is exceptional!

Cons

Length of work can be determined by outside contractor discresion.
