Pros

-global brand appeal and the discounts are nice -team is reliable and people are intelligent. met some great people. -the office is in a nice location and convenient for many. -summer fridays are great. -nice resume builder experience

Cons

-some beloved managers and employees have moved on and gaps have yet to be filled -lack of training or learning opportunities in the last year -toxic behavior between some teams due to middle managers lacking in "buddy values" while some teams prefer their silos. a lot of passing the bucket and sometimes finger pointing -project managers who oversee developers can be intimidating to approach. can't be bothered with questions. -small/medium asks ignored until escalated to the top
