Pros
Struggling here. There’s no work-life balance. The PTO structure was recently changed to be less advantageous to employees. The leadership aren’t leaders; it’s actually abhorrent. I seems that everyone works to keep bandaids on gaping holes as opposed to fixing the holes, finding a sustainable work flow and hiring appropriately.
Cons
All seems to be terrible and the product discount doesn’t make it worth it. You don’t get a 401k until 1 year after hire; start-ups have immediate 401k’s these days. PTO is a disgrace. Management is awful and hides under the guise of “demanding a ‘high performing’ team”. Job descriptions are terribly flawed, which means that no one seems to know what they’re working towards. There seems to be a preference towards toxic employees… no offense but execs are quite toxic.
