Pros

It has been great experience working with smart, responsive, and collaborative colleagues at Tory. The majority of the people I have been working with are very easy, straight-forward, and go getters. Good decisions have been made from the upper management to support the business growth. Responsibilities are clearly defined. I feel empowered within my area of responsibility to contribute and make a difference.

Cons

Headcount is tight, and everyone works very hard. It's constant that we are trying to accomplish as much as we can within a tight timeline. It can be exhausting over a long term.

While the brand publicly champions women and female empowerment, many employees may find that the internal culture does not consistently reflect those values in practice. • Transparency, integrity, and trust can be lacking, which contributes to an environment where employees may feel unsupported or undervalued.
