Pros

The location I worked at was very convenient and the store itself was beautiful. Now, the colleagues I worked with made the experience very enjoyable and made it feel like a true family. There were also monthly incentives which are always great, however, it was capped off at 400 dollars per month.

Cons

management was unprofessional at times. The pay was barely above minimum wage and the work was relentless. The manager I worked under was the only one who exceeded his role and always pushed me hard every shift and wanted me to succeed.

Expectations are often high, but accountability is not always applied equally across the organization. • Decision-making can feel political, with perception carrying more weight than actual performance or results. • There is a significant gap between the company's external messaging and the internal employee experience. While the brand publicly champions women and female empowerment, many employees may find that the internal culture does not consistently reflect those values in practice. • Transparency, integrity, and trust can be lacking, which contributes to an environment where employees may feel unsupported or undervalued.
