      Pros

      Not many pros as there was plenty of work to be done but I was expected to do it all.

      Cons

      Work life balance is non existent. Expected to be on call and available 24/7 via phone or even on site to make repairs without compensation for time on the phone or not being able to have a life outside of work because I was always getting called to come in to make repairs. Also have some employees that have pointed out and not been fired while others were fired for the slightest things. Quite a bit of favoritism at the location I was working as well. When one certain employee pointed out and should have been terminated, his points were magically wiped clean.

      Pros

      Nothing, this place is Hell on earth. Stay FAR FAR away.

      Cons

      Everything about it. The environment will kill you. Inferno like temps inside the building in summer, frigid in the winter. During the coldest winter day in WI, company shut off the heat to save money. They will work you like a dog and not care about you at all. The place is run SO poorly, management takes zero accountability for anything people will stab you in the back and then smile right to your face. Union is complete garbage, no one stand up for their union members or advocate for workers right with the company what's so ever. If you are thinking of working here, think again and run in the opposite direction has fast as you can.
