      Pros

      Loved working here at first. Hybrid role with great peers. Company culture seemed positive and I loved being a part of it.

      Cons

      Massive layoffs and very little support from leadership. The North America President would state in team meetings that he wanted people to be able to leave on time, then approached people’s managers when people left on time to ask if they had enough to do. Some of these people were leaving to pick up their kids from daycare then logging back in from home after. Didn’t matter.

      Pros

      Nothing, this place is Hell on earth. Stay FAR FAR away.

      Cons

      Everything about it. The environment will kill you. Inferno like temps inside the building in summer, frigid in the winter. During the coldest winter day in WI, company shut off the heat to save money. They will work you like a dog and not care about you at all. The place is run SO poorly, management takes zero accountability for anything people will stab you in the back and then smile right to your face. Union is complete garbage, no one stand up for their union members or advocate for workers right with the company what's so ever. If you are thinking of working here, think again and run in the opposite direction has fast as you can.
